The library invites Ïã¸ÛÍõÖÐÍõÂÛ̳×ÊÁÏ students and employees to attend a screening of Indian Horse, a movie based on the novel by Richard Wagamese, on Wednesday, September 25. Screenings will be held on the Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, and Penticton campuses. Please check local posters and advertising for times and locations. This is part of the library's effort to support education about the experiences of Indigenous Peoples and residential schools and in honour of the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation.

Please be advised that the film Indian Horse depicts colonial violence and trauma that many Indigenous people have experienced, including the removal of children. Some of these scenes may be upsetting or triggering, particularly for direct or intergenerational survivors of Residential Schools in the audience.
